Our Team

At the Rose & Crown, our warm and welcoming atmosphere is thanks to the dedication of our brilliant team. At the helm is our General Manager, Kris, who oversees all aspects of the pub with care and commitment. Supporting Kris, Jordan manages our front of house team, ensuring smooth service and a friendly face at every table. Working alongside him are Sarah, Aimee, and Lexi, who bring genuine warmth and attention to every guest. Behind the bar, Kian is our Bar Manager, supported by the fantastic team of Alfie, Tom, Ryan, and Mandy, keeping drinks flowing and spirits high. And in the kitchen, Josh, Kay, Missy & Oliver put their passion into every dish, crafting menus with care and flavour. It’s this whole team, working together, who make the Rose & Crown the place our guests love to return to.
